The AI Visibility Sprint
One fixed price, one week, one question answered: does Google and does the machine know your business exists, and what does it say about you?
The Sprint in three numbers
£400 FIXED
The whole fee. Agreed in writing before any work starts.
7 FIXED
Working days from start to delivered document.
5 FIXED
Fixes shipped live, not listed as recommendations.
The A-side
What happens
What happens across the seven days
- Day one and two, the baseline
- I ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot the questions your buyers would ask, and record verbatim what each says. If your business is not mentioned, that gap is the finding.
- Day two and three, the diagnosis
- A crawl and render check on your site, a look at what is blocked, what is invisible without JavaScript, and where your business facts contradict each other across the web.
- Day four to six, the fixes
- Five specific changes shipped, chosen for impact rather than ease. Typically crawler access, server rendered facts, entity consistency, structured data and one rewritten page.
- Day seven, the handover
- A short document with the dated baseline, what shipped, what is still outstanding, and a booked re-check date. No upsell attached.
The B-side
Why it is priced this way
Why the Sprint is priced this way
Most audits are sold as a large document and a large invoice. Most of them are never implemented. The document is the deliverable, so the agency is paid whether or not anything changes.
This is deliberately the opposite. The document is short, the fixes are live before you receive it, and the price is small enough that you can find out where you stand without a procurement conversation.
It is also how I would rather start with someone. You get to see how I work on a small piece of paid work before deciding whether a retainer is worth it.
What the Sprint is not
It is not a guarantee that an assistant will name you afterwards. It is not a full technical audit of a large site. Seven days and five fixes buys clarity and a start, not completeness.
If your site is large or badly broken, I will say so at the baseline stage rather than at the end.
Common questions
What exactly do I receive at the end of the seven days?
A dated baseline document recording how Google and four AI assistants currently describe your business, a record of the five fixes that were shipped, and a booked re-check date. It is a short document because the value is in the fixes, not the page count.
Why only five fixes?
Because five specific changes that actually go live are worth more than fifty recommendations that sit in a document. The number is capped deliberately so the work stays fixed price and genuinely gets done inside the week.
What if there are more than five things wrong?
There usually are. They get listed and prioritised so you can see what is outstanding. Whether you then take a retainer, hand the list to your own developer, or do nothing is entirely your call and the list is yours either way.
Do I need to give you access to my website?
For the baseline, no. For shipping the fixes, either you give me access or your developer implements the specification I write, and both routes are equally normal.
Is the £400 really the whole cost?
Yes. It is agreed in writing before the work starts and does not change afterwards. There is no obligation to buy anything else when it finishes.
What happens at the re-check?
I re-run the identical set of queries against the identical assistants and compare the answers with the dated baseline. If nothing moved, that is what the re-check will say.
